Live Chat is a unique application which puts the conversation through to a live chat with a customer service employee. Live chat provides a seamless handover to the customer when your virtual assistant is not able to answer a certain question properly.

How does Live Chat work?
1. If the virtual assistant is not able to answer a complex question; in order to avoid a customer leaving your web site dissatisfied, our live chat client is initiated and contact is made with one of your customer service agents;
2. If an employee is available, the customer will be shown a banner, the starting sign for a Live Chat. In case no employee is available, other channels or an e-mail form can be made available;
3. Prior to the live chat, the customer service employee will be shown the conversation which took place between virtual assistant and customer, in order to take up the subject of the conversation;
4. Subsequently, your customers will be able to have a chat with a real live customer service agent, and are addressed personally through your own web site.
Daphne knows everything about D-reizen. In the unlikely event of Daphne not being able to answer a question, she directs the conversation to a Live Chat with an agent of D-reizen.
